TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By booking with Comfort Stay Sussex you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS Full payment is required to confirm your booking unless otherwise agreed. Direct bookings must be paid by bank transfer or other approved methods.

2. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable. For bookings made through Airbnb, Booking.com or other platforms, the cancellation policy shown on those platforms applies.

3. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT Check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out is by 10:00am, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible subject to availability.

4. GUEST CONDUCT No parties, events or unregistered guests are permitted without prior agreement. Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Guests are expected to respect the property, neighbours and other guests.

5. DAMAGE AND LIABILITY Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused during their stay. Comfort Stay Sussex accepts no liability for loss or damage to guests’ personal belongings. Guests are responsible for their own safety during their stay. PRIVACY Personal information is handled in line with GDPR regulations. Our full Privacy Policy is available on request.

6. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
