To check you into the property. To communicate with you about your reservation, enquiries, or other services. To improve our services and user experience. For marketing and promotional purposes, unless you opt out. To comply with legal obligations. We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios: • If you have booked with us via an online booking platform, they will provide us with your name, contact details, booking information and payment method before we make contact. We use the information that you have given us in order to communicate with you, check you in to the property, and on rare occasions send you marketing information such as discounts for future stays. We may share your information with the police or social services if any illegal or dangerous behaviour is observed or you do not treat the property well, in which case we may also forward details to our insurance company. Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are: Consent, legal, contract and legitimate interest.   How we store your personal information Your information is securely stored on up to two password protected devices accessed by the information officer and is deleted within two years of your last stay with us.
